Every person needs their own account and must scan in with it – children included. Under-14s scan inside, as they are not allowed to enter on their own. Several accounts can be signed in within one app; see the FAQ for details.

Step 1: Create an account
Create your account here. You will then receive an email to confirm your account, followed by a second email with your login details.
Step 2: Install the app and sign in
Download the Resasports app and sign in with your login details: iOS | Android. Here is a short explainer video.
Step 3: Book your access (Pay As You Go)
To begin with, “Pay As You Go” is the best option. It costs a one-off €0.10 to validate your payment method, and in your first month you save up to 30% on entry and shoe rental (30% for new customers, 15% for existing customers).
Go to “Subscriptions” → “Pay As You Go”, select whether you qualify for a reduced rate (age discounts are applied automatically) and complete the booking. For Hansefit, Fitpass, Wellpass and other special cases, please see the FAQ.
Step 4: Scan the QR code at the entrance
You can then display your QR code at the top left of the app and scan it at the entrance. The following day you will automatically be charged the cheapest applicable single ticket. If you need shoes, scan the QR code at the shoe scanner and help yourself.
