No. There are no insolvency proceedings. All outstanding credit, cards and vouchers will be refunded in full.

At this location there is unfortunately no way to carry on, and nothing will change that. If an interesting location ever came along, a fresh start would not be out of the question – but there are no concrete plans.

No. There is no new gym planned.

The requirements for the building came up at short notice. We told you as soon as we knew for certain ourselves.

It will be used for industrial purposes. There will be no sports facility there any more.

Saturday, 31 October 2026, is our last day open – you can climb until 23:59 that day. From 1 November the gym is closed.

The counter is staffed until 20:00. After that you can still get in via self check-in until 23:59.

Yes. On 31 October we will all climb together one last time. Details to follow – check back here.

No, nothing changes. The opening hours stay exactly as you know them until the last day, autumn holidays and the public holiday included.

Yes, right up to the end. New boulders keep going up on the wall in these final weeks too.

That is not planned at the moment. Instead of discounts, you get new routes until the last day.

No. We will cancel all subscriptions ourselves. There is nothing for you to do.

In October the debit runs as normal. From November nothing more will be debited.

Yes to both. A monthly subscription runs as normal until the end; we simply cancel it earlier when we close. You only pay for the months in which you can actually climb.

No. Voucher sales have stopped. Vouchers you have already bought can of course be redeemed until 31 October – or you can have them refunded online. The transfer follows in November.

Yes. Credit, vouchers, punch cards and annual cards will be refunded. Family, company and club cards too.

Annual cards pro rata up to 31 October. Punch cards per unused visit at the price you paid. If you bought your annual card only recently, you will get back almost the full amount.

By bank transfer only, in November, after the closure – even if you originally paid cash. We cannot pay out cash at the counter.

Vouchers: Enter the voucher code and the printed amount on our voucher page and add your bank details there.

Credit, punch and annual cards: Nothing for now. We have all the receipts. You will receive an email or a letter from us with a personal link where you can enter your bank details.

In both cases the money is transferred in November. If nothing arrives, come and see us in person at the gym from October – with photo ID only, please.

Simply online on our voucher page (in German): enter the voucher code and the printed amount, then the account holder and IBAN. In November we will transfer whatever is still left on the voucher. For some vouchers we also ask for a photo.

After that the voucher is redeemed and can no longer be used at the counter either. If you would rather climb it off first, just wait with the refund.

Please check your spam folder first. If there is nothing there, feel free to come by the gym in person from October and speak to us at the counter.

Be sure to bring photo ID. This is about your refund – for security reasons we unfortunately cannot do anything for you without it.

The refund goes to whoever enters the voucher online – all it takes is the code and the printed amount. Best to agree briefly between you who does it.

Not a problem. If you still have the code, just enter it online – no receipt needed. If that does not work or the voucher is gone, write to us at info@bc-gw.de. We have a list of all valid vouchers.

The remaining amount will be refunded in that case too – like all refunds, in November.

That will also be refunded by bank transfer in November. You will receive an email or a letter from us with a personal link for your bank details.

That is exactly what we would prefer: come and climb until the end. Whatever is left over after that, we refund in November.

A kind thought – but there is no need. Please take your money back.

We do not charge deposits, so there is nothing to sort out.

Yes, all reduced rates apply unchanged until the last day.

As normal until 31 October. You do not need to inform your provider yourself – we will take care of that.

Yes, all courses run as normal until 31 October.

Yes, registration is still open for the remaining months.

We will not debit anything for sessions after 31 October. You only pay for what actually takes place.

We recommend BoulderStube in der Halle12 in Laufenburg, hebdi in Liestal, ELYS Boulderloft in Basel and B2 Boulders & Bar in Pratteln. All of them run courses for children and teenagers.

That is still open at the moment. We will let you know as soon as we hear more.

All of your data will be removed completely – registration details, signatures and newsletter addresses included. You will not receive any further newsletters from us.
